The question that arises is whether the ideology of Pancasila is irrelevant in the era of globalization and democratization that is almost unlimited or indeed Pancasila is considered a system that is not able to regulate and solve all the problems of life of nation and state of Indonesian society which is more democratic and freer in various aspects of life.
In fact, Pancasila as the basis of ideology and national identity for the life of nation and state in Indonesia recognized by the whole world, as more and more lost its relevance. The paradigm has been contaminated that Pancasila was used as a political tool of President Soeharto's regime policy. On the basis of the paradigm, the existence of Pancasila as the foundation of the State of Indonesia began to destabilize through political liberalization by trying to eliminate the position, function and implementation of Pancasila as the basis of the State.
The situation is increasingly opening up opportunities for the adoption of other ideological principles, not least religious-based ideology to influence the dynamics of national and state life of the Indonesian people, whose purpose is to make Pancasila no longer a common platform in social life Politics of Indonesian society.
