Cilacap, C Java, April (Antaranews Megapolitan) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) on work visit to Central Java.

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and his entourage arrived at at Tunggul Wulung airport at 8:45 a.m. on Monday for a work  visit to the districts of Purbalingga and Banjarnegara in Central Java.

From the Tunggul Wulung airport, the president was flown by a military Super Puma helicopter to Purbalingga to review the construction of Jenderal Besar Soedirman Airport.

After that, the head of state will take an overland trip by car to Banjarnegara where he will review the handling of the impact of last Wednesday's earthquake at Kalibening sub-district.

In the review, the President wants to ensure that earthquake relief can be resolved quickly and properly, such as donations for deaths, health care assistance, the availability of logistics and basic needs for refugees, emergency education services, support for children and rebuilding of facilities, public facilities and houses damaged by the earthquake.

Later in the afternoon, the president will leave Banjarnegara for Pangandaran district in West Java for a work visit the next day.

During the visit to Central Java and West Java, President Jokowi is accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung, Minister of Public Works and Housing Basuki Hadimuljono, Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi, Head of Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Military Secretary of the President Vice Mrshal Trisno Hendradi and Presidential Security Guards Commander Maj. Gen. Suhartono.
