In addition, other rallies also demanded the investigation of alleged illegal practices in the implementation of the National Agrarian / Prona Program in Balung Kulon Village, Jember-East Java; Demanding true graria reform and completion of agrarian conflict in Sukabumi Regency; Balinese People's Forum Rejects Reclamation of Bay of Benoa / ForBali and Pasubayan Adat Village Refuses Reclamation, Rejects Reclamation of Benoa Bay and Revokes Presidential Decree No. 51 Year 2015; Demanding that the location of the capital Maybrat in accordance with Law no. 13 Article 7 of 2009 is in Kumurkek, not in Ayamaru; Demanding the attention of the Government of Indonesia and UNHCR representatives regarding the fate and status of Rohingya refugee citizenship in Makassar; Urged Jakarta City Council to stop Raperda Reklamasi Teluk Jakarta; Supporting the KPK to thoroughly investigate the case of Mega Corruption Project of e-ID card and all corruption cases proven to be detrimental to the state and to harass the people; Reject the policy of Education Minister no. 23 year 2017 related to the implementation of Full Day School; Demanded that the Mayor of Bandar Lampung continue the development of Fly Over Mall Boemi Kedaton Deer on Jl. An interesting note is that the majority of the demonstrations are carried out safely and in compliance with the various rules relating to the rallies, although some other actions in some areas are colored by actions that show the symptoms of anarchism, although eventually canceled. The action, among others, occurred at the location of Jenggrik Village toll road development, Kec. Kedunggalar, Kabupaten Ngawi, East Java on July 25, 2017, where protesters took action against road access through truck vehicles for toll road development projects.

Meanwhile, the demonstration at the main door of the University of Papua (Unipa), Manokwari, West Papua, was colored by the burning of 50 tires and students of Unipa, demanding that students who pass the Unipa S-1 selection test are accomodated to Unipa students.

What's the indication?

The rise of rallies in some areas should not be underestimated, since these social phenomena at least indicate several things, among others:

First, there are still many problems that occur in areas that are still slowly resolved by the state apparatus or other stakeholders.

Secondly, the ineffectiveness of the existence of representative institutions in the regions or DPRD in absorbing and resolving the problems of constituents or their people, which has an impact on anti-political party attitude and lack of confidence with the legislature.

Third, the more critical and dynamic the development of Indonesian society, so they have a sense of concern for the fate of the region and have a sense of curiosity (curiousity) to various national problems.

Fourth, the demonstration becomes the momentum for political opponents of the government to be used as political ammunition to corner the government on the pretext that the state is not yet present to solve the problems of its citizens.

Fifth, the reform of bureaucracy in all lines is not optimal and the motto "work, work and work" has not been realized well. Once again, demonstrations that are still milling in Indonesia are serious problems, especially if the demands of protesters fail to be absorbed or absorbed by the government and resolved by wisdom, then demonstrations can lead to diminishing public confidence in state institutions and provoke local and national instability. So beware and get it done.
