The problem of radicalism and anti-Pancasila understanding is the greatest threat to the security of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Therefore, the government's plan to curb the organization of the society (mass organizations) that have the ideology must be realized in order to create security and peace that is conducive for the people of Indonesia. In addition, the government is expected to have an effective strategy to address this issue, which is a very vital issue for our national security for the foreseeable future.
Moreover, the Khilafah State has also been declared by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) where Abu Bakar Al-Baghdadi as khalifah/caliphater. They claim the caliphate state has been established in the territories they control. Therefore, a plural country that upholds Bhineka Tungga Ika as Indonesia certainly does not match the idea brought by Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) which in its propaganda does not consider diversity and diversity like in Indonesia.
Hizbut-Tahrir entered Indonesia in the 1980s with the name Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) is an organization based on the doctrine and goals of the Islamic Caliphate with the pattern of da'wah movement pioneered campus campus. People's hatred towards Hizbut-Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) seems to be widespread, so they support and demand the immediate dissolution of HTI not only as a promise or a political bluff, but to be followed by concrete actions, because the intention of dissolving HTI if it is not immediately realized will fade by its own intention.
The government through the Coordinating Minister (Menko) Political, Legal and Security (Polhukam) have done the dissolution of the organization Hizbut-Tahir Indonesia (HTI), which had the idea spread state caliphate that does not comply with the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia and Pancasila ideology, but until now the next steps the government is not Clearly, despite the fact that HTI has been registered and has a clear legal power, the organization that has been running for more than 2 decades in Indonesia is strongly indicated to be in conflict with Pancasila idealism and the 1945 Constitution.
Noted there are 17 countries that oppose HTI, such as Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, China, Turkey, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Ironically, it must be admitted that the power of HTI in Indonesia is like an octopus because it does not close the possibility of HTI sympathizers exist in some level of community life. Therefore, it is very clear that HTI is anti Pancasila, seen from the HTI attitude that a country that does not run the Islamic Shari'ah is a pagan country and Indonesia with Pancasila is a pagan state. It must be admitted that the heart of the state stabbed by anti-Pancasila organizations in this case is HTI.
Urgencyof HTI Dissolution in Government Regulation in Lieu of Law
Many people have urged the government to immediately realize the dissolution of anti-Pancasila mass organizations, HTI because if not immediately applied then the dissolution of HTI will continue to be just a discourse, and even provide opportunities to HTI and sympathizers that already exist in every level of community life to "rise and fight back".
Many people believe that the plan to dissolve Hizbut-Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) through the issuance of a law enforcement regulation (Perppu) is a step in accordance with legal procedures, because the move is taken as the government sees the need to take steps to maintain the security and order of developing countries.
However, HTI is a da'wah movement, but in its mission the substance contains one political movement and the political movement adopted can not avoid the term khilafah. The government considers that HTI is a mass organization that has a political movement, not purely preaching, let alone by carrying the concept of khilafah whose core with the concept of khilafah is a concept that seeks to negate the concept of nation state (nation state).
HTI became a political movement that influenced public opinion to replace the Unitary State of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution with the concept of khilafah.
