Various analysis tend to conclude the Caliphate ideological and political doctrine is the political system to be implemented by ISIS in Syria and Iraq now. This ideological and political doctrine is claimed by ISIS leaders didn't adopt from the Islamic teaching. The Government of Indonesia is strongly respecting the Islamic Religion as the implementation of the first Principle of Pancasila which is characterize with believe in One God Almighty.
The Islamic religion is also adopted by the majority people of Indonesia. However the country of Indonesia is not religious state but a nationalist country run in according to the Four Pillars of the Country of Indonesia and Pancasila is the first Pillar of the Country of Indonesia. These principles are the official national consensus agreed since the foundation of The Republic of Indonesia on August 17, 1945.
Accordingly officially the Government of Indonesia on behalf of the people of Indonesia rejecting the Caliphate Ideological and Political Doctrine which is very difficult to be understood clearly and completely by the Indonesian people. Analysis tend to conclude the so called the Caliphate Ideological and Political Doctrine which is inspired by the glorious Islamic history in the past it is now still in searching and no clear doctrine that could be understood clearly.
Trying to implement this Ideological and Political Doctrine certainly will make confuse and uncertainty among the People of Indonesia and finally could disturb the will of the people of Indonesia to absorb the Pancasila philosophy.
The Indonesian people are not necessary to be asked whether they like or not to the Caliphate Ideological and Political Doctrine, because they have embarked to develop her Country based on Four Pillars of the Country of Indonesia and Pancasila is the first most important Pillar of the Country of Indonesia. Definitely the social-justice of among the Indonesian People is still needing the hard work to achieve it but not because of the weakness of the National Philosophy of Pancasila. So there is no need to look for the alternative Philosophy to change Pancasila.

Technically and equally to the Communist Party of Indonesia which is trying to implement Marxism, Leninism and Communism in Indonesia to be the forbidden political party, so it is definitely clear the foundation of HTI in 2003 in Indonesia and to be active to popularize the caliphate (Khilafah) Ideological and political doctrine in its effort to change Pancasila philosophy, the National Constitution of 1945, the Unitary State of The Republic of Indonesia and the spirit of The unity of the diversity of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, should be definitely cancelled.

Unfortunately the Government of Indonesia is too slow in making the clear and firm decision concerning the Caliphate ideological and political doctrine and the foundation of HTI. This uncertain situation has been likely exploited by SMRC to conduct the research to conclude what is the Image of the caliphate ideoplogical and political doctrine and the foundation of HTI among the Indonesian Moslem Society. It is apparently the political action created by SMRC does not give any benefit to the country.
So the activity of SMRC to make the research on the caliphate ideological and political doctrine and the foundation of HTI could not be really understood. Though the Government has not yet publish the Government Regulation which is applied as Law forbidding the development of the caliphate ideological and political doctrine and to cancel the foundation of HTI but SMRC have apparently conducted the research asking whether anyone to be sympathetic to the caliphate ideological and political doctrine and supporting the foundation of HTI. Definitely SMRC has insulting those four principles as the four pillars of the country of Indonesia.
The research which was conducted by SMRC to be definitely wrong and accordingly the Government should stop the research on the caliphate ideological and political doctrine conducted by SMRC and to remind the research of SMRC on in the peoples view the research done by SMRC is not definitely the proportional activity. It is hoped not any human right activist and organization would say the activity of SMRC is not against any law and regulation accordingly the government should respect it.
Unfortunately Minister of Home Affairs Tjahjo Kumolo had made very poor comment on this matter expressing the detection of around twenty million people of Indonesia the supporters of one famous political party who agree on the adoption of the caliphate ideological and political doctrine to be just describing the description of the objective condition of the Indonesian people.
He did not make any elaboration what is the benefit of that kind of the political description as resulted by the research made by SMRC to be publicly spread out and also no comment whether or not the result of the research done by SMCR is good or not in supporting the government policy which forbid the development of the caliphate ideological and political doctrine in Indonesia and to cancel the foundation of HTI as political organization.
Now the issue on the rise of the Communist Party is spreading widely and even President Jokowi had made strong comment showing his disagree to the issue and specifically he strongly refused the allegation that President Jokowi is the son of one of the Comunist Party member.
Inspired by the research of SMRC on the image of the ideological and political doctrine of the caliphate among the Indonesian citizens especially the political party supporters the question arises whether it is also the independent of creation if SMCR is conducting the research to conclude the image of Marxism, Leninism and Communism among the Indonesian society?.
The activity of SMRC should not be appreciated because this is likely politically motivated to consider the Caliphate is better than Pancasila in term of the Indonesian society and HTI is a legal organization having right to be active in political field. The government concerns should remind SMRC to stop its research on the Caliphate and HTI in order to prevent the rise of doubtfulness and confuse situation of the Indonesian Society.
However on the contrary the activity of SMRC is expectedly could provoke the government to urgently made her decision about the ideological and political doctrine of the caliphate and the decision to cancel the foundation of HTI. Otherwise people will be confusing as if the problem of the caliphate and HTI are still possible to be discussed.
