The activities of the activists of KNPB in supporting ULMWP of all around Jayapura were still existing. However their plan to launch a demonstration that had been detected before by the Security resulted the demonstration could be cancelled by the Security. Their plan to launch a big demonstration to come to the Regional House of Representative on June 6 had been dismissed by the Security and it likely will never to take place. However their effort to make that kind of stupid action will never end.
The deterrence action done by the people who opposed and rejected the existence of KNPB who were supporting the ULMWP had likely emerged such as the action of BARA NKRI the activity of a number of the people who were defending Papua as a part of the Republic of Indonesia.
However the agitation and propaganda stating that KNPB and ULMWP are struggling for the interest of the people of Papua namely their Independence, their political right and the better life of Papuan are still roaming around and attracted the people to support KNPB and ULMWP.
Earlier, in the Papua's society has delivered the information that the plan of the of KNPB in supporting ULMWP to organize various mass action in Jayapura and other places on June 13, 14 or 15, 2016. The Security has been alert to the possibility of a sudden action of KNPB in supporting the ULMWP that totally done out of the plan they made before. The Security Units are always alert and doing well their job. It can be predicted the situation all around Jajapura will be totally control.
KNPB and ULMWP are illegal mass organization
Various group of People who realize KNPB and ULMWP are illegal mass organization, organize themselves into various mass action demanding KNPB and ULMWP to be dismissed and forbidden by Law as it happened in Sentani among the indigenous.They integrate theirselves into the BARA NKRI, the new group rejecting KNPB and ULMWP.
However the consolidation of KNPB as the supporters of ULMWP who have been deeply influenced by the agitation and propaganda that KNPB and ULMWP are mass organization, which is struggling for the Papuan independence and the people political right through the MSG (Melanesian Spearhead Group) tend to be seriously continuing to exist.
The issue on the Human Right Violation is still becoming the attractive issue for the political agitation and Propaganda suoorting KNPB and ULMWP among the Political Activist describing the legal action of the Police as Human Right Violation.

The possible appearance of BARA NKRI group on the date of June 13, 14 or 15 to neutralize the plan of KNPB in upporting ULMWP will be potential for the physical conflict on the street to take place. However it is expectedly the Policed and supported by the Military to have the influencing deterrence legal and power action to prevent the mass action of the supporter of KNPB and ULMWP to move.
Beside the legal and power method to dismiss the emerge of the of KNPB in supporting ULMWP the Government effort convincing the people that the existence of KNPB in Papua is illegal also KNPB is the colonialism concept to disintegrate the Papuan people is also definitely important.
There should be credible Government Institution to convince them that the peaceful situation of Papua in order to develop Papua properly is very important for Papua. Now the budget for the Papuan development is already to be dropped by the Government whenever the Papuan People are ready to work. The main necessity is the peaceful situation of Papua and Papuan People are ready for working and working. Now Papuan People are already the free nation who has the complete political right to develop Papua. As Indonesian Citizens Papuan People had been free since August 17, 1945.
The time to talk on the freedom of Papua has been over
Based on this analysis it is really already the time for the Papuan People and the Government to sit around the table to talk about the idea of Papuan development. The time to talk on the freedom of Papua has been over, the final political Papuan Status had been concluded in the year of 1969.
The Regional leaders of The Province of West Papua and the Province of Papua supported by the Security Forces have worked hard to maintain the Stability of the Region of Papua, now it is the time for the Central Government in Jakarta to talk and to convince the Papuan, that under the present Government it is the time for Papua to seriously work and work. To conclude the situation of Papua concerning the activities of KNPB and ULMWP the Minister of Home Affairs is necessary to talk legally and making the real policy to demolish the activities of KNPB and as forbidden organizations.
The problem is likely necessary now for the Central Government to act and convince the Papuan people that it is not the time to talk about freedom and independence because it is already the time for Papuan to develop. It is already the time for the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs to speak about the development of Papua in front of the Papuan.
The politician in Papua is becoming confuse so that the unclear situation in Papua is as if to make the conclusian that the freedom of Papua has not really be achieved and the emerge of KNPB is may be true, because KNPB does not speak about separating Papua from the Republic of Indonesia they only speak about Political Right of the People. The Government should decide the clear step to protect the people of Papua who have been tired with demonstration everyday and as if to led the situation going on without clear ending and protection of the Government. Without clear steps to finish the situation it will clearly led the local Police has to caught the Papuan people every day and make the Prizon will be full of Papuan and the Government of Jakarta is becoming the Colonial Power for the Papuan.
