A few weeks ago President Jokowi invited the representatives of the political oparties of the Coalition Government to the House of Representative (without PAN representatives) to the Palace. After the meeting to the Press President Jokowi said in the meeting with those representatives of The House of Represenatives President Jokowi expressed his concerns to the possible faster process in the House of Representatives The Law on General Election and the Government Regulation in lieu of law No 2 of 2017 to Replace Law No 17 of 2013 on Mass Organization and Law on General Election. Apparently the Government is waiting for the urgent approval of the House of Representative to the Government Regulation in lieu of law No 2 of 2017 to Replace Law No 17 of 2013 on Mass Organization considering the urgent sitution happened in this coutry.

The Publish of The Government Regulation  in lieu of law No 2 of 2017 on Mass organization has been apparently provoking various opposition attitude within the society. This oposition attitude  should be definitely watched may provoke the wider support that could unfluence the Parliamantary making decision proces on this matter. It has been circulated before the opposition attitute in the society that said The Publish of the Government Regulation in lieu of law No 2 of 2017 on Mass Organization is not the (Pertinent) Solution of Extremism and Radicalism.

The recent opposition attitude on the publish of the Government Regulation No 2 of 2017 on Mass Organization emerges in the society is saying The Governmnt apparently fails to understand on two Essential Problems, legally and socially.

Al A'raf, the Director of Imparsial, who is is joining a group of the Civilian  Society Coalition Without The Government Regulation (Perppu) on Mass Organization said the publish of the Government Regulation in lieu of law No 2 of 2017 on Mass Organization is indicating the Government to vail in understanding on two  essential problems: First, The Government fails to understand the legal power authority owned by Law No 17 of 2013 on Mass Organization. Second, The Government also fails to understand how to solve the problems of extremism and radicalism affecting the attitude of intolerance to have emerged in this country.

Definitely there are two important and un opposed decision on the  validity and legal power of the Government Regulation in lieu of law No 2 of 2017 on Mass Organization, namely the decision of the  Constitutional Court and the House of Representative, which are in waited now. In this kind of situation definitely various comments will arise.

As the urgent problem The Ministry of Home Affairs has apparently executed the Law No 2 of 2017 to cope with the political situation concerns rapidly. However various attitude of the society has been also emerging.

Likely Government has to seriously make effort to convince the people that the essence of the Government Regulation in lieu of law No 2 of 2017 in Mass Organization is the will of the Government to stress the compulsory that any Mass Organization   should be established based on The National Philosophy of Pancasila and the National Constitution of 1945 all mass organization also has to struggle based on the principles of our Four Pillars of the Republic of Indonesia, namely beside of the National Philosophy of Pancasil and The National Constitution of 1945 they are also the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and the spirit of Bhineka Tunggal Ika.

Extremism and radicalism against those four principles is definitely against the state of the Republic of Indonesia which applies the Peaceful Democracy. Peaceful Democracy means the democratic life which is applying the family life character, solidarity, cooperation and mutually respect. Any mass organization which is against this principles is not definitely needed. The Government Regulation in lieu of law No 2 of 2017 is  published to complete and to perfect Law No 17 of 2003 on Mass Organization.
